Ain't Life Grand in Stillwater!?!

Jenn and I took the kids to Stillwater for the day last week.  It was Wades first time to see the sites (outside of belly).  We did a little shopping and then went to lunch with Larry and Kathy at Curly's.  Yum.  Nobody makes french fries like Curly's!

Back at the Hynson homestead, Wade helped Ryan try on her Pistol Pete costume.  Brightest orange in the nation!  Gotta love it.

Wade found a special friend in Kathy.  He knows a good grandma when he sees one.  Plus, she had this really cool necklace on.  Bonus points for the necklace!  Wade and Ryan took naps in the afternoon at the Hynson's house so that Jenn and I could go window shop downtown.  What a fun day!  It was great to get out of town and go on a little 'vacation' from life for the day.

Selby's 1st Birthday Party

Wade and this sweet little girl were the life of the party.  Look at that pitiful face on my little man!

Selby was trying to liven the bunch.  Fail!
This little girl, Bristol maybe?, is 10 months.  Wade is only 7 months!

Birthday girl enjoying her cake!   We love you Selb!  Thanks for inviting us to your party!  Hope we get asked to come back next year (we promise to be more fun next time).

First Swim

Wade got to swim last month at an indoor pool with Jenn, Ryan and Larry and Kathy Hynson.  He couldn't have cared less about being in the water!

This is how we suck our thumb...upside down baby!

After we got out he was all smiles and squeals!  Thanks Aunt Jenny for catching cute pics of our guy!

First Football Game

Johnny Jumper is a huge hit!  Wade has learned how to twist one way and then lift up his feet and spin back.  He is so cute to watch.

Justin's high school mentor and life long frined, Frizzle, came to visit and we all went to the Jenks vs. Muskogee football game!  Wade was shocked by all the noise and commotion but hung in there until half time.  What a trooper.  It was a great night to be out watching a game and we enjoyed spending time with Frizzle!

Three Faces

His "happy's boy" face.

His most popular "finger sucking" face.

His "there is a camera in my face" face.  His "anyone is around that I don't know very well" face.  His "why did you put me in this weird 70's leisure suit and then laugh at me" face.
